Mission-minded organization looking to add another OB/GYN to join a growing practice less than 1-hour to the Chicago suburbs.
Practice Details:
Organization has been recognized on the Forbes list of Best Employers by State for 6 years running
Established practice of 3 OB/GYN's with several Midwives and APRN's
Schedule: 4-day work week with flexible hours to support your preferred work/life balance
High volume potential for incoming provider as the practice had over 800 deliveries last year
Call: 1:6
Collegial group with next to zero turnover that is very interested in providing mentorship, if needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive two-year salary guarantee in the $360-420K range with the ability to transition into a production model
Employed position with a comprehensive benefits package that can include sign-on, loan repayment, residency stipend, and more
