Coverage Dates:--January 19 - 30 clinic and call coverage
--February 2-8 clinic and call coverage
--February 16-28 clinic and call coverage
--March 9-15 clinic and call coverage
--March 23-29 clinic and call coverage
--April 14-30 clinic and call coverage
--May is open/flexible
--June is open/flexible
Details of Assignment:
--Active Indiana license
--EMR: EPIC
--Full time clinic and call requirement
--Clinic will be Monday - Friday and provider will be on call after clinic (not during)
--Clinic hours are 8A-5P
--24-hour call on the weekends
--Around 20 PPD in the clinic
--500 to 600 births per year
