Coverage Details
-- Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
-- Ideal schedule: alternating weekends
-- Call type: In-house
-- Call ratio: 1:3
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days (temporary privileging available)

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
-- Indiana license
-- BLS
-- PALS

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Low risk pregnancy
-- OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening; Level II/Targeted)
-- Routine delivery
-- Vaginal delivery
-- Decision-making for C-section
-- Office/minor gynecology – IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
-- Robotic skills (DaVinci X) preferred but not required

Assignment Details
-- Hospital call only for 4 designated days (Friday–Monday), 24-hour coverage
-- Patients per shift: 20–25
-- Beds in department: 72
-- Rounding: Both
-- Support staff: 2 RNs, 3 office staff
-- Responsibilities include deliveries, C-sections, and surgical procedures (including possible hysterectomies)
-- Open weekends listed through 2026
-- EMR: Cerner
