Job Description
Join an integrated practice of 6 highly experienced physicians with a team-based approach in a top Critical Access Hospital in the state of Iowa.
Practice Details:
Collaborate with 6 FMOB and OBGYN physicians and 1 midwife
Patient mix includes about 65% GYN and 35% OB
4-day work week offered with an OB call of just 1:7
See a reasonable 12-15 patients per day
$50 million investment in new facilities nearly completed, including a complete remodel of the Obstetrics and Surgery Departments
6 state-of-the-art LDRP rooms with adjacent access to the Surgery Department
DaVinci robot available
Compensation & Benefits:
Employed position with a salary guarantee of up to $456,000 plus wRVU production bonuses available
Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental and Life insurance, HSA/FSA, IPERS Pension, CME, Relocation, and more
