Job Description

This award-winning hospital in Southwest Iowa, just 60 minutes from downtown Omaha, is seeking another OBGYN to take over a retiring provider's patient panel. This position is ideal for providers who value lifestyle, autonomy, and impact.

Position Details:
  • Established team of OBGYNs, FMOBs, and Midwives
  • True 4-day work week schedule and only four primary call days per month
  • 24/7 midwife coverage Monday-Thursday every week (fulfills laborist role)
  • 120 deliveries annually, 36 weeks and up; 12% C-section rate, no VBACs
  • Excellent partnership with University of Nebraska

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • $500K never-ending base salary guarantee plus a $75K signing bonus and $10K relocation
  • Substantial student loan forgiveness through NHSC
  • $2500 monthly residency stipend available for new grads
