- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
- BLS required
- 50 deliveries per month
- Must have done a minimum of 5 hysterectomies, 5 C-section & 50 deliveries in the past 2 yrs (OB/GYN)
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
