Job Description
A renowned non-profit community hospital in the heart of Central Kansas, celebrated for its unwavering commitment to physician autonomy, exceptional provider satisfaction, and a collaborative, team-focused work environment, is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join its esteemed team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
The Opportunity
Join a growing, collegial team of 2 OBGYN providers and 2 APRNs in a supportive and collaborative environment
State-of-the-art da Vinci Xi robotic system for minimally invasive procedures
Hospital averages 600+ deliveries annually, with 30% C-section rate
Enjoy a well-balanced schedule with 2 days in the clinic and 2 days in the OR (block scheduling)
Level II NICU ensures moms and babies stay close with high-quality care always available
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary starting at $500K with additional earnings potential through a productivity-based model
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, CME stipend, PTO (24 days + 7 holidays), and retirement savings with 5% match
Student loan repayment and PSLF eligibility for qualifying candidates
