Job Description
A renowned non-profit community hospital in the heart of Central Kansas, celebrated for its unwavering commitment to physician autonomy, exceptional provider satisfaction, and a collaborative, team-focused work environment, is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join its esteemed team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
The Opportunity
Collaborate with a close-knit team of 2 experienced OB/GYNs and 2 APRNs in a supportive, collegial environment
Practice with the da Vinci Xi robotic system for minimally invasive surgical options
Hospital averages 600+ deliveries annually, with a 30% C-section rate
Block schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR—offering balance and predictability
Level II NICU ensures that both mother and baby receive exceptional care close to home
J1 and H1B visa support available
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $500K, with additional earning potential via productivity incentives
