Job Description

Are you looking for an OBGYN opportunity where you can walk into an established patient base, practice full-spectrum care, & have balance? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-supported women's health program, stepping into a role w/ immediate volume & long-term growth potential.

Details:
  • Join a team-based women's health program (6 providers total) w/ strong collaboration between OBGYNs, Family Medicine OBs, & Midwives
  • Build your ideal schedule w/ flexible options that align w/ how you want to practice medicine
  • Hit the ground running w/ 300+ deliveries annually, strong clinic efficiency, robotic surgery, & unique collaboration w/ urology
  • Balanced call schedule (~10 days/month) supported by midwife-first call, reducing after-hours burden

    Compensation:
  • $450K+ guaranteed base w/ immediate volume, creating a clear path to $500K+ earnings w/o burnout
  • Opportunity to earn additional income through extra call shifts, compensated at a premium rate
