Dates forAssignment: Thursdays to Tuesdays twice per month 

Job Requirements forAssignment #100060:
-- Kentucky medical license
-- Six weeks credential time
-- Assignment through 2024 and into 2025
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- Starts ASAP
-- 7am - 7am beeper call
-- Five to eight call backs/ consults during call coverage
-- Average 15-20 patients in clinic
-- No NICU
-- 15-20 deliveries per month
-- EMR: EPIC
