OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Kentucky | 24-Hour Call | Specific Dates in November and December | Assignment #111462

Coverage Needed:
-- 11/6 - 11/10
-- 11/24 - 12/1
-- 12/8 - 12/15

Shift Description:
-- 24-hour in-house call (7a-7a)

Requirements:
-- Board Certified
-- Must be licensed in Kentucky or IMLC
-- BLS and active DEA certification

Procedures:
-- Routine delivery - Vaginal, Low Forceps
-- Decision-making for C-Section
-- Complicated delivery – C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions
-- VBAC’s
-- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

Assignment Details:
-- EMR: Epic
-- Nursery level II
-- 17 beds in department (12 postpartum, 5 birthing suites)
-- Midwives will take call and deliver own patients
-- Number of nursey admissions Per Day: 10 or less
-- Low volume of C-Section patients
-- Onsite labs and ultrasound
-- Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
