The facility operates with call coverage capabilities to support emergency obstetric and gynecologic cases requiring immediate intervention.

Visitors can explore underground formations at Louisville Mega Cavern, experience distillery tours, or participate in horseback riding activities. The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through clinic coverage and 24-hour call responsibilities managing approximately 20-25 patients per day with roughly 250 deliveries per year. Primary duties include responding to obstetric and gynecologic cases during day shifts and maintaining continuous availability for emergency situations during call periods. The position requires board certification and operates on a 1:3 call schedule while ensuring optimal patient care delivery. The clinician must maintain availability within response requirements during assigned call coverage periods.

• Case Load/PPD:  20-25 patients per day, roughly 250 deliveries per year
• Support Staff:  no nurses, all MA assistance, full time scheduler, office manager, front office admin.
