Obstetrics/Gynecology Hospital Based job located in Maryland

Facility is seeking BC/BE OB/GYN Laborist to join team
The Laborist will perform the following services:
- Provide inpatient coverage for Labor and Delivery and OB triage
- Consult for post-partum and Emergency Departments
- Oversee Emergency Department and Gynecologic emergencies that includes but is not limited to miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies and complications of GYN surgery
- Manage labor floor that provides coverage of both low risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform vaginal deliveries as well as operative deliveries, cesarean sections, both primary and repeat procedures
- Regularly scheduled shifts of either 12 to 24 hours (Either one 14 hour shift and one 24 hour shift per week  or 2 14 hour shifts and one 12 hour shift)

- We have full GYN Oncology service for complex surgical cases.

- Support for diabetes management provided by a registered dietician
- Provide the highest level of expertise in complete prenatal and postnatal care and the latest gynecologic surgeries
- Robust divisions of Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology provide patients with a full range of advanced GYN care as well as support for Obstetric emergencies
- Laborist program supports the labor and delivery unit  
- Education for future OB/GYNs in our ACGME certified residency program of 16 residents    (4 per year)

- This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $275 - $295K, dependent on experience. There are performance-based incentive opportunities also available.
