A facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in mid-west Michigan.

Coverage requires 24-hour in-house shifts, with no back-to-back shifts and 24 hours off in between. Shifts are from 6:45AM-7AM, the following day, with a request to arrive 15 minutes early. Cases include OB/GYN, including labor induction with Pitocin. C-sections and GYN surgeries may be required (details to be determined). The facility averages approximately 2,000 deliveries a year, or 130-160 per month. A neonatologist is on staff. The EMR system used is EPIC. The facility has 267 beds with a Level 2 NICU and Level 2 trauma designation. Labor and delivery includes dedicated rooms and surgical suites within the 267 bed count.
