Coverage Details
-- 10/1/2026 – 12/31/2026
-- 10 clinic shifts per month
-- Facility hiring multiple providers

Shift Description
-- Clinic from 8am-5pm plus occasional night and 24-hour weekend call

Requirements
-- Board Certified 
-- Must be licensed in Michigan
-- ACLS, BLS
-- Local, drive-in providers only
-- Clean background
-- COVID vaccinated at time of name clear
-- Currently participating in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS

Assignment Details
-- Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.) and High-Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.)
-- Labor and Delivery Procedures: Routine Delivery (Vaginal, Low Forceps), Complicated Delivery (C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.), Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
-- Gynecology Procedures: Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA’s
-- Level II trauma facility
-- EMR: Meditech
-- 6 beds in facility
-- Lab and ultrasound onsite
