About the Opportunity
A respected Critical Access Hospital in Rural Minnesota is seeking a Locum Tenens OBGYN Physician to provide long-term coverage. This is a low-volume Obstetrics & Gynecology position with strong clinical backup, predictable hours, and a very supportive women’s health team.

Position Highlights
- Long-Term Locums OBGYN Contract (6–24 months)
- Flexible schedule: M–F / 8-hour day shifts or a 2-weeks-per-month rotation (4 on / 7 off + 4 on / 7 off)
- 8-hour day shifts (OBGYN clinic + inpatient coverage)
- Very light call: ~1 night/week; 1 weekend every 7 weeks
- Weekend call optional for travel locums
- Low delivery volume
- 10–12 clinic patients/day
- GYN surgery available, including DaVinci robotic cases
- Inpatient + outpatient women’s health
- Strong support: 4 Physicians + 2 Certified Nurse Midwives
Compensation & Benefits
- $High Market daily rate depending on experience & schedule

Ideal Candidates
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Experience with labor & delivery, prenatal care, GYN surgery, and women’s health outpatient care
- Comfortable in low-volume obstetrics and collaborative call rotation
- Prior locum tenens OBGYN, travel physician, or contract OBGYN experience preferred (not required)
- Active state license or willing to obtain one
- DEA required
