    Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $360,000-$425,000.
  • First year compensation package up to $550,000, including a guaranteed ongoing base of $400,000+ with production bonus.
  • $250,000 retention bonus or student loan repayment.
  • Comprehensive executive level benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), annual CME allowance, and more.
  • Flexible 4 day workweek with 8 weeks of PTO.
