Assignment Details
-- OB/GYN emergency call and patient consults
-- Average number of deliveries per year: 2,500
-- Patients per shift: 6.7
-- Beds in department: 18
-- Rounding: Assigned patients
-- PEDs level: 3
-- Support staff: CRNA, RT, 1st Assist Surgical RN, minimum 2 L&D staff (increased as needed), 2 NICU, 1 OB Tech
-- Primarily solo coverage; midwife backup support as scheduled
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
-- EMR: Epic
