A 268-bed regional referral center that provides a wide range of medical services is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage. Established in 1924, it serves a large area of central Nebraska and northern Kansas and is known for its advanced trauma center, emergency helicopter transport (AirCare), and nationally accredited cancer center. The hospital also features a Level II neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), a comprehensive neurosurgery program, and a primary stroke center.

Kearney, Nebraska is a central Nebraska city known as the Sandhill Crane Capital of the World, a college town due to the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), and a growing city with a historic downtown known as "On the Bricks". It is also a convention center, has numerous local businesses, restaurants, bars, and parks, and is considered a cultural hub with a rich history tied to the Oregon Trail and railroad junctions.

The facility is seeking an OB/GYN to provide inpatient coverage for the gaps they have. Providers should be comfortable with all OB/GYN procedures.The locum will be responsible for daily rounding on all patients admitted to the service as well as any consult received during the assignment. The locum is available to go at any time.
