FemmPro OB/GYN is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join our thriving private practice in Garden City or Massapequa, NY. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who is not only passionate about women's health, but also interested in contributing to the future of private practice as a leader and potential equity partner.

We are a busy, multi-provider practice offering full-scope OB/GYN care—including over 400 deliveries annually—supported by a collaborative team of physicians, midwives, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Our providers work across two major hospital systems and are proud to be at the forefront of women’s health, integrating innovative technologies and progressive wellness and aesthetic services to better support our patients.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform gynecologic exams and screenings, including pap smears, pelvic and breast exams

• Diagnose and manage gynecologic disorders with attention to prevention and education

• Provide full-spectrum obstetric care, from prenatal visits to deliveries and postpartum care

• Perform surgical procedures including (but not limited to) C-sections and hysterectomies

• Cover deliveries and surgical needs not handled by midwives

• Maintain thorough patient histories and documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers

• Stay current with medical and wellness innovations and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent

• Completed OB/GYN residency

• Board-certified or board-eligible

• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in New York

• Confident in OB/GYN surgery, including C-sections (required)

• Thoughtful, strategic thinker with interest in business operations and practice growth

• Polished, professional, and emotionally intelligent communicator

• Team-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional care

Practice Highlights:

• Over 400 deliveries annually across two hospitals

• Midwife-integrated model with physician oversight

• Emphasis on thoughtful medicine and elevated patient experience

• Privately owned practice with a path to equity for the right candidate

• Beautiful, modern office environments designed with both patient and provider experience in mind

Schedule & Call:

• Four panels per day, six days per week

• On-call one night per week

• Every fourth weekend call rotation

• Must reside within 20–30 miles of NYU Langone – Mineola and Mount Sinai South Nassau – Oceanside

• Hospital privileges required at both institutions
