OBGYN Laborist Physician Locums Job in Upstate New York

Dates of Coverage: 
--Start Date: December 8, 2025 at 7 PM
--End Date: December 12, 2025 at 7 PM (with potential for ongoing coverage)

Details/Requirements: 
-- 12 or 24-hour in-house call shifts (7P–7P is the 24)
-- New York license required at time of presentation 
-- Must be Board Certified or truly BE with AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP
-- Minimum 2 years’ experience 
-- EPIC experience required
-- Patient volume: 15–20 patients/day
-- Procedures include: SVD, operative vaginal delivery, Cesarean section, circumcisions, D&C/D&E, and various gynecological surgeries
-- The facility is a 94 bed community hospital offering care in over 40 specialties and designated as a Level III Trauma Center (Level 1 Perinatal Center)
-- This role involves providing comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, including prenatal monitoring, labor and delivery support, surgical procedures, and reproductive health counseling

Staff on Unit:
--RNs: 6 on days / 5 on nights
--CNAs: 1 per shift
--Clerks: 1 per shift
--Anesthesiologist: On call at all times
