OB/GYN Physician Locums Job | Clinic Opportunity in New York

Details/Requirements:
--Coverage starting as soon as credentialed (60-90 days) 
--Monday-Friday clinic coverage 
--Looking to have a physician on a consistent basis 
--Schedule flexible on which weeks, but looking for 1 week on, 1 week off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 
--16-25 patients per day in the clinic 
--EMR: EPIC
--Active New York license and DEA required 
--Clean background required
--Seeking locum tenens support to provide relief coverage for permanent physicians and maintain continuity of patient care.
