Highlights:
Become part of a growing and supportive provider team at an FQHC that is expanding services to enhance care access for high-risk and underserved patients, in partnership with a UNC nonprofit community hospital, operating under an employed model and with support of a laborist program.
Enjoy a mix of OB + GYN patients. 4.5-day workweek. 1:10 OB call. Epic EMR.
Comfort with high-risk patients is required, with easy access to MFM for referrals.
State-of-the-art hospital offers minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, da Vinci Robot, a dedicated Women's Center, Level II Special Care Nursery, 24-hour anesthesia, and onsite neonatologists.
Compensation package includes a 365K guaranteed salary plus productivity and quality incentives. Full HR health benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 6 weeks PTO, and a 150K recruitment incentive package. The site also qualifies under the NHSC and PSLF programs.
