- 12-hour shifts: 7 am - 7 am with pager call coverage
- 12 - 15 deliveries per month -- average 0 - 1 deliveries daily
- 3 patient daily census with 1 admission per day average
- Full scope obstetric and gynecologic care excluding scheduled GYN surgeries
- Emergency and routine OB/GYN cases including ED and inpatient consults
- 275 annual deliveries at facility
- Regional on-call coverage needed
- Collaborative team environment with hospital staff
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
