A level III trauma facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.
Whether you're interested in golfing, spa days, museums, or other various activities on your off days, Zanesville, Ohio has it all!
This position involves scheduled clinic hours combined with rounding in an inpatient setting, offering a flexible schedule of 12-15 shifts per month. Night shifts run from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the week, while day shifts are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends, with the potential to schedule up to 36 hours. The facility is a Level III trauma center, with a department that includes 15-30 labor, delivery, and recovery (LDR) beds. Required procedures and cases include managing both low and high-risk pregnancies, deliveries, cesarean sections, and minor gynecological procedures, with no need for ultrasounds. Admissions are required, and stroke certification is necessary for this role.
