(Login for Information) is seeking a full-time Obstetrician to join our team.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic, and compassionate care to all patients within the scope of your specialty, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and education—aligned with clinical best practices and organizational guidelines.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, community-based prevention efforts, and projects aimed at reducing health disparities.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and direction to nurse practitioners, medical assistants, nurses, and support staff; serve as a preceptor and maintain standard care agreements with (Login for Information) nurse practitioners.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with peer review and quality improvement programs; consistently attend required meetings, including Medical, Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T), and (Login for Information) All Staff meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as case management, social services, referrals, and community outreach, as well as with department managers across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and capability in program development and innovation.
  • Be available for occasional travel as needed.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

 

 

Successful candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree; must be board certified in appropriate specialty (Obstetrics and Gynecology). Must have a valid State of Ohio license to practice medicine and DEA certificate. Previous FQHC experience preferred.
