Obstetrics/Gynecology Hospital Based job located in Ohio

Facility is seeking an experienced and visionary OB/GYN Medical Director to lead our Women’s Health Program 
--Monday–Friday (3 days office, 2 days surgery) with dedicated administrative time for leadership duties
--Provide full-time clinical care (office, surgery, and deliveries) while also guiding the clinical and strategic development of the women’s health program.
--Participate in 1:6 call rotation.
--Deliver at our hospital (Level II NICU, 1,600 deliveries per year).
--Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Women’s Health service line 
--Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and growth.
--Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering excellence and teamwork.
--Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM
