- 1-2 patients per shift
- 10 beds in department
- Call ratio 1:3 with 20 minute response time
- NRP certification required
- Delivery and C-sections required
- 240 deliveries per year at facility
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
