Coverage Details:

-- Call Only Coverage (Beeper Call)
-- Facility will accept multiple providers
-- Stroke-certified facility
-- Temporary privileges available

Call Details:
-- Call Response Time: 30 mins
-- Call Ratio: 1:3
-- Call Back %: 80%
-- Avg Call per 24 Hr: Phone Consults: 5–7
-- Avg Call per 24 Hr: Patients Seen: 2–4
-- Avg Call per 24 Hr: Admissions: 2–4
-- Expect 9–10 call days per month starting Friday noon to Monday 7 AM

Requirements:
-- Board Certified (AR)
-- Texas License
-- Certifications: BLS, NRP
-- Credentialing: 30–45 days

Required Skills:
-- Low-risk pregnancy
-- FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSE
-- OB Ultrasounds: Level I/Screening
-- Amniocentesis
-- Routine Delivery: Vaginal, Low forceps, C-section decision-making
-- Complicated Delivery: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs
-- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
-- Surgical Gynecology: Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor – tubal ligation, LOA’s
-- Surgical Gynecology: Operative/major – ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy

-- Support Staff: 3–4 RNs
-- Patients per Shift: 2–4
-- Beds in Department: 8
-- Average Deliveries per Year: 630
-- EMR: Athena / Medhost
