Job Description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a large Houston-area health system to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN for a rapidly growing practice in Baytown, TX. This is a high-volume, well-supported position with excellent long-term stability and strong system resources behind it.
Position Highlights
- Join a diverse, growing Women's Health team!
- Immediate, robust volume—private OBs are delivering ~40 babies/month
- Call shared with community providers + OB hospitalist/midwifery support
- Ideal for an experienced physician who enjoys collaboration with other busy clinicians, but is open to new graduates as well
- System goal is to grow to 4–5 OB/GYNs in Baytown
- Mix of outpatient clinic, scheduled deliveries, and GYN surgery
- Leadership potential available within the department
- Handsome wRVU-based compensation model with excellent benefits
- Texas license preferred
