86 Beds (Designated as FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center): and CAH (Critical Access Hospital):

- Lubbock (about 1.5 hours) is the next closest major metro and provides access to both urban and college-town amenities.
- Dallas/Fort Worth (4+ hours away) is the largest metro in the area, ideal for those who may want to make the occasional trip for business, entertainment, or travel, but it’s not something you’ll visit regularly.

Compensation:
- Salary: $350k Base Salary for 3-years
- Signing Bonus
- Production bonus of $57 per RVU over threshold.
- Call Coverage Compensation
- Mid-Level Oversight Bonus
