OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Utah | 24-Hour Call | 1/12/26 - 2/15/26 + Ongoing Coverage Starting April 2026 | Assignment #111839

Coverage Needed:
-- Concurrent coverage across two locations
-- At least 7 shifts per month
-- Open dates:
-- January 12 (7a) -17 (7a) or January 14 (7a) - 19 (7a)
-- February 9 (7a) - 16 (7a) 
-- Ongoing needs will begin April 2026

Shift Description:
-- 24-hour call, 7am-7am (no in-house call)
-- Response time: 30 minutes

Requirements:
-- Board certified or truly board eligible (0-5 years of residency completed)
-- Must be licensed in Utah or IMLC
-- BLS, PALS, CSR, and DEA certifications

Assignment Details:
-- General OB/GYN procedures
-- EMR: Epic
-- Support staff includes an RN
-- 2-3 patient calls per month for every 7 days of call
-- 20-30 deliveries per month total for the hospital
-- Average callback hours: 
      -- Weekday – 6.2 hours
      -- Weekend – 7.8 hours
-- Anesthesia team not in-house but on-call
-- 7 labor rooms
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 days
