Obstetrics/Gynecology Hospital Based job located in Vermont

Facility seeking a full-time locum OB/GYN for full spectrum OB practice clinic and call
- Start date: 8/15/2026
- Schedule: 8a-8p or 8p-8a
- Call Schedule: Varies
- Avg. Patients/Day: 14-16 for clinic 
- 1 full time MD, 1 GYN MD-no call, 1 PRN MD
- Could spilt call shifts but would not be call at same time
- 4 CNM's often take primary call 
- 10 exam rooms, lab and ultrasound onsite
- Colposcope, LEEP, D & C, standard GYN equipment 
- 1 assigned medical assistant per clinician when in clinic, 1 triage nurse 
- 50% Low Risk Pregnancy, 50 % High Risk
- 60% Gyn
- 3-5 surgeries/week
- Nursery Level 1
- EMR: Cerner
- Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.), FHR Interpretation – NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds – Performance of Interpretation, OB ultrasounds – Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability
- Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:  Routine Delivery –Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section; Complicated Delivery –C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.; VBAC’s; Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Gynecology Required Procedures:  Office/Minor Gynecology –IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.; Surgical Gynecology: Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor; Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA’s, Chromal Tubation; Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) – Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA’s
Required: BC OB/GYN and completion of residency
- VT license (or IMLC)
- BLS, NRP certifications 
- NPDB report within 30 days
