About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic in-house call coverage at a 99-bed health system facility in Vermont, with shifts structured as day (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), night (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), or ER call (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM). Clinical responsibilities encompass high-risk obstetric cases, C-sections, routine and complicated labor and delivery, VBACs, GYN surgery, office and minor gynecologic procedures, and circumcisions, supporting a volume of approximately 400 deliveries per year. All clinical documentation is completed using EPIC EMR. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required, and call coverage is a required component of this assignment.
