Job Description
Specialty: OBGYN
Hospital Location: Enumclaw, WA
Setting: 25 bed critical access hospital and clinic
Reason for Coverage: Scheduling Need
Duties: OB and GYN call coverage through L&D Unit and ED.
Date: Start as soon as credentialed (typically 90 days)
Availability: 6-8 call shifts a month, anticipated coverage for 9-12 months
Shift Details: 24 hr call 7a-7a with 20 min response time. Contact by cell phone.
Required Procedures: C-Section, Ectopic
EMR: Epic
Dealbreakers: Low risk, high risk, and FHR interpretation required. Routine delivery and complicated delivery. Repair of 3rd-4th degree lacerations. C-sections- must be willing to help and supervise if needed. Must be comfortable handling OB inductions from group, mostly emergent GYN surgeries
Rounding required? only in post-op
Will the locum be the sole provider? On call yes, will have colleagues in clinic
