- 5-8 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month
- Average 25 patients per shift
- High acuity busy practice with 3,000 deliveries per year
- 5 midwives provide support to MD providers on L&D
- Emergency cases include hysterectomy and ectopic pregnancy
- Required skills include high risk pregnancy management
- Ultrasound performance and interpretation required
- C-section decision-making and complicated delivery skills needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
