Clinic, with additional earnings based on productivity for GYN and women’s health
services. In a community of 50,000 people, there is a significant earning opportunity for
GYN surgery practice. Market conditions make earning potential very high on GYN
surgery and women’s health clinic, with hospital providing an income guarantee for the
two years of establishing GYN practice. And with complete flexibility on the remainder
of the month, you can work as much or as little as you would like

About the Role
? OB Commitments: Structured one-week-on, three-week-off rotation
- 5 days of OB clinic
- Call for L&D (facility has an average of 30 deliveries per month), ER consultations, C-sections,
and patient management
- Supportive OB team and nursing staff
- Defined patient volume expectations
? GYN and Women’s Health: Outside of OB weeks, complete flexibility to build GYN, surgery,
and women’s health services in a fully independent RVU-based model (salary guarantee for the
first two years)
? Collaborative Decision-Making – Physicians share patient management protocols and engage in
administrative leadership to ensure high-quality care
