Job Description
This top 100 Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join their outpatient clinic. Excellent support staff, strong administrative support, and a flexible schedule allow you to provide high quality care and have a great lifestyle
Position Highlights:
Flexible patient volume with plenty of time to get to know your patients
Practice full-scope Family Medicine seeing newborns to geriatric cases
Outpatient clinic is located adjacent to the hospital
C-Sections required with moderate volume of 10-25 per year
4-day work week and flexible shared call with seven providers
Compensation Details:
$338,000 guaranteed, ongoing base salary
Production bonus with earning potential to $425,000+
Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
Full, executive level benefits including both a 403b and 457 retirement programs
