Job Description
An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks an FMOB provider to join their established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to growth:
4-day workweek
Low patient volume of 12-15 patients per day to focus on quality of care
Surgical OB not required with robust specialty support including General Surgeons and CRNA
Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
Up to $400,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, and more!
