Job Description
Template your day-to-day to your preferences with this independent physician group of 20+ primary care providers.
Practice/Organization Details:
Independent physician group - You choose your desired schedule, template, patient panel, and more
Extensive group includes 50+ physicians and 30+ APP's providing 21 specialties
C-section interest preferred
Anticipated volume of 100-150 deliveries for the incoming provider
Flexible schedule options include a 3 or 4-day work week
Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary guarantee of $300,000 with the ability to move to production after year 1
Shareholder status offered after year 1, resulting in lucrative annual incentive bonus
Full benefits package offered, including sign-on bonus, education allowance, relocation allowance, insurance, 401k, retirement, and more
