This is a rare opportunity to deliver full-spectrum family medicine with OB services in a supportive environment that values both patient care and work-life balance.
The Opportunity
Collaborative Team: Work alongside 4 dedicated Family Medicine OB providers focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care
Diverse Practice: Balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OB care, offering variety without overwhelming your schedule
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with minimal call, allowing time for both patients and yourself
Average 12-15 patients per day to ensure quality, personalized care
Mentorship: Welcoming new graduates with structured support and guidance

Compensation and Benefits
$350K ongoing base with the potential to earn $500K-$600K through productivity
