Balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OB care, offering variety without overwhelming your schedule
4-day workweek with minimal call
Mentorship: Welcoming new graduates with structured support and guidance

Compensation and Benefits
$350K ongoing base with the potential to earn $500K-$600K through productivity
$100K signing bonus to welcome you to the team
