Job Description
Join the collaborative staff at this Critical Access Hospital less than an hour from San Antonio. Provide full-scope primary care, with plenty of time to get to know your patients. Enjoy modern facilities, the latest equipment, and experienced support staff.
Position Highlights:
Great lifestyle position with a flexible schedule, lots of PTO, plenty of time to get to know your patients, and limited call
Enjoy experienced nursing staff, strong administrative support, exclusive exam rooms, and modern facilities
Work collaboratively with the providers in the facility and in the community to provide high-level care
Compensation Details:
5 weeks of PTO, 5 days CME with stipend, plus sick leave
Guaranteed base salary $325,000 plus RVU production with total compensation to $425,000+.
Comprehensive, executive level benefits including a 6% retirement match
