Occupational Medicine Physician Locums Job in Colorado | Part-Time Coverage Ongoing | Beginning in August | Assignment # 110185

Coverage Needed: 8/18/2025 - 10/31/2025 (potential of ongoing dates) 

Shift Description:  
--8am-5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch (12pm-1pm) 
--8 shifts total per month (availability must be spread throughout the month, as cases are spread throughout the month) 

Requirements:   
--DOT required
--Board certified occupational medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine OR orthopedic surgery (will also accept truly board eligible: 0-5 years from residency/fellowship completion; must detail when they are scheduled to sit for boards) 
--Active CO license- highly preferred (must be able to obtain prior to start and must apply for state license at acceptance date) 
--Active BLS, DEA (will consider transferred DEA, but must be kept for duration of assignment) 
--Level 2 Certified 
--Must detail specific dates able to cover 
--Local, drive-in candidate- highly preferred 
--Clean MP/Background (Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report at name clear will be placed with priority over those that do not present with a self inquiry NPDB report.) 
--Required procedures: Level 2 workers comp cert, DOT physicals, impairment ratings, & m164 

Assignment Details:  
--Setting: Outpatient 
--EMR: EPIC 
--Support staff: NP/PA, MA 
--Reason for coverage: recruiting to replace a termed physician 
--Credentialing: 30 days 
--Patient demographics: adult 
--Census/admissions: 10-12
