Occupational Medicine Physician Locums Job in Oklahoma | Full Time | Begin ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #111448

Coverage Details
-- Start upon credentialing (approximately 60 days)
-- Monday–Friday schedule
-- Hours available: 7 AM–4 PM (ideal), 5 AM–2 PM, or 8 AM–5 PM
-- MD may choose preferred shift

Requirements
-- Board certified in Occupational Medicine
-- Oklahoma license or IMLC
-- DOT certification

Assignment Details
-- 25–35 patients per day
-- Patient types: new injuries, walk-ins, follow-ups
-- Locum will work alongside 2–3 providers
-- EMR: Epic
