Oncology-Breast Surgery job located in Massachusetts

Seeking a compassionate Breast Surgeon to join a community hospital 25 miles south of Boston. Our multidisciplinary breast team provides state-of-the-art diagnostics, surgical treatments, and reconstructive options for patients with benign and malignant breast disease.

About the Opportunity:?

• Seeking an experienced Breast Surgeon to join our dynamic surgical and oncology team.
• An ideal candidate will provide high-quality surgical care, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions, and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide surgical assessment and management of patients with breast disease, both benign and malignant.
• Perform breast-conserving and reconstructive procedures (in concert with Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) as clinically appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient case reviews.
• Contribute to teaching and mentoring of junior doctors and trainees.
• Engage in quality assurance, audit, and clinical governance activities.
• The hospital is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
