- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Call
- Must be willing to work 2 weeks per month
- 8 - 12 patients per day in clinic, 1 - 5 new consults per day
- Mix of hematology (50%) cases and oncology (50%) cases
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
