Surgical Oncology Position | Beautiful Lewiston, Idaho | St. Joseph RMC St. Joseph’s the facility is actively recruiting a full-time Oncology Surgeon (Surgical Oncologist) to join our established surgical team. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, we are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a the facility and more than 100 board-certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones, have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey. About the position: * Schedule: M-F 36h patient facing with 4h/wk. Admin time * 2 days clinic and 2-3 days OR * ~60 patients week in clinic Call: 1:4 10 days/month in contract; not required to be in-house * Eligible for additional pay for call over 10 days/month * Clinic call requirement: telephone only * Typical surgeries may include tumor removal, biopsy, diagnostic, colorectal, melanoma, etc. * DaVinci Xi robot and seven ORs Qualifications: * BE/BC in General Surgery * Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority * Completion of fellowship training in Complex General Surgical Oncology at an ACGME-accredited program highly desired Our Notable Highlights: * Rated “A” for Hospital Safety two consecutive cycles by the facility * One of 100 hospitals – and one of only two in Idaho – named to Becker's 2025 listing of /'Great Community Hospitals/' * Recognized as a /'the facility” by U.
