NEW Locum Oncologist Job | Arizona

Date of coverage: Starting January 1 and ongoing. Will accept full time and part time coverage. 

Details of Assignment:
--Monday- Thursday 8am-4:30; Friday 8am-12pm
--Outpatient 
--Average of 15 patients per day
--Board Certified in Oncology or Hematology is required 
--70% Oncology and 30 Hematology cases 
--No weekends, no call
--All adult patients
--EMR: All scripts
--PACS: CPACS 
--Will accept providers without active licensure 
--Credentialing:  Average of 3 months, if emergency temps are approved, then 2 weeks
