Hematology and Oncology Locums Job in Arizona | Full Time Coverage Ongoing | Beginning in September | Assignment # 110255

Coverage Needed: Full time coverage starting September 1, 2025 & ongoing through 2026 - Scheduled clinical hours only 

Shift Description:  
--Clinic hours: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) closed for lunch (12-1) 
--Hospital Rounds: Friday (8-12pm) 
--No call; only clinic unless patient is in the hospital 

Requirements:   
--Board Certified for specialty 
--Licensed in Arizona or IMLC 
--Fellowship 
--BLS certification 

Assignment Details:  
--EMR: Iknowmed 
--No admissions required 
--Credentialing: Temporary privileges available (expedited privileging provided for clean history)  
--Provider will not be required to supervise APP or resident 
--Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MA, 2 Office Staff 
--Looking for someone willing to see high volume of patients and occasional hospital consults
